The project aimed to enhance operator ergonomics within mining cabins by implementing real-time behavioural monitoring and identifying design improvements to boost safety, efficiency, and performance. COOi Studios was engaged to conduct human-centred research and design, using advanced technologies to deeply understand operator needs and challenges in automated mining environments.

COOi Studios was tasked with designing and testing a digital kiosk channel aimed at gathering data on user behavior. The objective was to create an intuitive user interface that enhanced customer interactions and provided valuable insights for market analysis.

The project was a strategic initiative aimed at streamlining and standardising UI/UX components across the client’s digital ecosystem. The project focused on improving design efficiency, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accessible digital experiences. The framework will served as a single source of truth for design elements, driving consistency across teams and platforms.
