Women’s Credit Behaviour Analysis

The project aimed to explore and understand the credit behaviour and impairments of South African women, with a focus on those aged 20–39. Through multi-channel research, the initiative uncovered that women tend to be more conservative borrowers with lower default rates. These insights informed the development of financial product prototypes tailored to their needs and behaviours.

SATNAC Innovation Challenge

COOi Studios designed and facilitated a 10-week innovation programme for the SATNAC Industry Solutions Challenge in partnership with Telkom. The initiative aimed to equip students with practical innovation and problem-solving skills by guiding them through a structured, milestone-based process to solve real-world industry challenges. The program combined masterclasses, mentorship, prototyping, and pitching to help participants develop market-relevant solutions grounded in human-centred design and technology.
