To actively contribute to sustainable development, we have taken concrete steps, starting with the establishment of COOi Climate Tech, a new business arm dedicated to tackling environmental challenges. This initiative reflects our commitment to combat climate change and promote eco-friendly practices across our operations and beyond.
In addition, we are passionate about diversity and inclusion, which led us to launch "Born to Succeed," a social call that actively responds to the urgent need for equitable opportunities for all. We also advocate for stakeholder engagement and ethical standards in the innovation and transformation practices through the Innovation Director's Forum.
We firmly believe that incorporating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is not only crucial for the well-being of our planet and communities but also essential for ensuring long-term business success. Together, we strive to build a sustainable future for generations to come.

In response to the global environmental responsibility,  we have established a new business arm called COOi Climate Tech. Through COOi Climate Tech, we are actively involved in developing innovative technologies under the umbrella of climate tech. Our aim is to contribute to a low-greenhouse gas (GHG) energy generation across the entire value chain.

COOi Climate Tech

Born to succeed is a COOi Studios, Non Profit organisation, founded by Sandiso Sibisi, Director of COOi Studios, in 2013. Sandiso, a dedicated Generation Equality activist, established Born to Succeed to address the pressing issue of high unemployment rates in South Africa. Our mission revolves around providing career guidance, mentorship, workplace readiness programs, and essential resources such as work clothing and sanitary towels for women through collection drives. Over the years, we have successfully assisted more than 120 young women in securing internships, contracts, and permanent employment opportunities.

Born To Succeed

A COOi Studios and partner’s initiative,  The Innovation Directors’  Forum is a multi-sector council of Innovation or Digital Transformation Director’s  that was founded in 2022 with the aim of connecting innovation directors from various sectors to share their knowledge,  expertise and interests while supporting the government (DSI) in their various missions.  The Innovation Directors Forum can be described as a community of practice focused on promoting an innovative culture within different organizations, particularly those with a strong emphasis on digital transformation.
