COOi Studios proposed a comprehensive upgrade to the South African National Blood Services (SANBS) eLearning platform by developing a human-centric Learning Experience Portal (LXP). The initiative responds to the need for flexible, self-directed digital learning—accelerated by the pandemic—and aims to replace the legacy "push" training model with a personalized, engaging, and modern learning system tailored to the diverse needs of SANBS users.

The client partnered with COOi Studios to create the client's Hatcher Programme, a platform connecting the client with external innovators across East and Southern Africa. The goal was to address business challenges through local innovation.
