Overview

The project focused on developing a centralized,automated system to capture,score, and priotitize business requests using the Microsoft Power Platform.

The Challenge

The client's Transaction Banking division lacked a structured mechanism for managing business demands,leading to fragmented intake and lack of visibility across work requests.Without a single source of truth,it was difficult for governance tems to consistently score or prioritize projects against strategic business criteria,often resulting in manual bottlenecks and reporting delays.

The Solution

COOi Studios designed and deployed a custom Demand Management tool leveraging the client's existing Power Apps and Dataverse infrastructure.The solution featured a centralized intake portal for sakeholders,a structured backlong for product owners,and an automated prioritization engine.By integrating Power Automate,we established seamless approval workflows that trigger real-time status updates from submission through to roadmapping.

The Results

The project successfully replaced manual tracking with a high-visibility digital ecosystem that provides real-time real-time dashboards on backlog health and throughput.

It empowered governance teams with a weighted scoring model to ensure data-driven decision-making.

The phased agile rollout ensured a production-ready tool with full RBAC security and comprehensive user documentation,significantly reducing the time from request to approval.
