A strategic framework developed to unify UI/UX components across digital products, reducing design debt and accelerating the design-to-development pipeline.

The clientβs digital ecosystem suffered from fragmented user experiences due to inconsistent UI components across different platforms. Inefficient workflows led to teams frequently recreating existing elements, which increased time-to-market and created significant scalability hurdles. Furthermore, ensuring consistent accessibility compliance across all digital touchpoints remained a manual and uncoordinated effort.
COOi Studios designed a five-phase methodology to build a structured Design System. This involved a deep-dive inventory of existing resources, followed by the creation of a visual and functional foundation including grid systems, responsive layouts, and WCAG-compliant color palettes. We developed a repository of reusable components (buttons, forms, modals) and interaction patterns in Figma, accompanied by front-end code snippets to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation.

The project established a single source of truth for all digital product teams, significantly reducing redundancy and improving cross-functional collaboration.

By standardising code and design guidelines, the client achieved a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
The framework not only optimized the design workflow but also ensured that every digital product is built on a foundation of usability and accessibility, ready for future scale.
