COOi Studios facilitated a two-day internal hackathon for the client’s Information Technology team, designed to support the Innovation and Transformation Office in fostering creative problem-solving and generating actionable solutions. The event combined immersive workshops, trend insights, and peer learning to drive a culture of innovation.
The client needed to invigorate internal innovation and unlock solutions from within its IT team. The challenge was to structure a focused, engaging event that empowered participants to generate viable ideas within a short time frame, and ensure outcomes were actionable beyond the hackathon.
The event resulted in the development of three high-impact solution prototypes, each supported by design artefacts and strategic documentation. The hackathon encouraged rapid ideation, collaboration, and alignment with Telkom’s innovation goals.
