The client’s Information Management (IM) division needed to meet ambitious ESD targets by integrating qualified EME and QSE suppliers into its IT lifecycle. However, the manual request process was slow, lacked visibility on supplier spend, and lacked a structured framework for vetting new talent. There was an urgent need for a speed-to-market solution that could automate supplier intake and performance tracking while ensuring secure, large-scale enterprise integration.
COOi Studios developed a comprehensive Product Definition and High-Level Design for a custom crowdsourcing platform. We mapped complex user journeys for multiple personas including Product Owners and Supply Chain managers and designed a robust architecture leveraging Azure Cloud and MuleSoft for seamless integration with SAP Ariba and SAP ERP. The solution featured automated request management, EME/QSE spend reporting dashboards, and a centralized database to track supplier performance and development needs.
The project delivered a production-ready blueprint that powers success through IT by providing immediate access to a vetted talent pipeline.
