The Role

This entry-level role provides a foundation for a career in consulting by supporting client engagements through structured problem-solving, research, and coordination of project activities. The Strategy Analyst works under supervision to contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of innovative business strategies that help clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Deliverables

  • Support the preparation and delivery of client-facing materials including strategies, reports, and specification documents.
  • Assist with preparations for client workshops, including capturing workshop outputs and insights.
  • Document client requirements and contribute to the development of actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in client presentations, building confidence and communication skills.

Project Support and Analysis

  • Perform basic qualitative and quantitative analysis with guidance.
  • Assist with the creation of project management tools such as status trackers, risk logs, and delivery timelines.
  • Help configure and support internal and client-facing tools used to manage projects.
  • Coordinate project tasks and ensure progress is aligned with deadlines.

Team Collaboration and Learning

  • Work with senior team members to draft portions of reports and slide decks under review.
  • Actively participate in team discussions, take detailed notes, and ask questions to confirm understanding.
  • Assist in solution implementation phases by gathering data, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking deliverables.
  • Learn and apply COOi’s standard tools, templates, and methodologies to deliver consistent outputs.

Quality and Continuous Improvement

  • Coordinate logistics for client and internal workshops or meetings with support from project managers.
  • Proactively seek feedback and integrate learnings into future tasks.
  • Identify opportunities to grow technical and professional capabilities through ongoing learning.
