The Role

As an Innovation Strategist, you’ll help our clients navigate complex challenges and uncover new opportunities. You’ll work at the intersection of research, creativity, and business thinking—leading workshops, synthesising insights, and shaping actionable strategies for innovation. From defining vision and market positioning to outlining roadmaps for product and service development, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to frame problems, identify opportunities, and shape strategic direction.
  • Conduct market and trend analysis to uncover opportunities for innovation.
  • Facilitate co-creation workshops with clients and stakeholders.
  • Translate research and insights into actionable recommendations and roadmaps.
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals and pitches.
  • Help embed innovation capability within client organisations.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy, innovation, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering innovation strategies.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and moving from idea to execution.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity for emerging trends, technologies, and business models.

Nice To Have
  • Experience in human-centred design or design thinking.
  • Exposure to service design, business model innovation, or digital transformation.
  • Comfort with rapid prototyping and testing concepts.
