The model was designed to drive scalable, patient-centred innovation through a stage-gated, design-led, and data-informed approach, enabling Life Healthcare to move from discovery to delivery with clear tools, processes, and success metrics.

COOi Studios designed a crowdsourcing platform aimed at addressing challenges in service procurement, reducing costs, and enhancing BBBEE compliance. The platform was intended to streamline the company’s supply chain processes by improving the user experience for both service providers and internal teams.

The project focused on designing a digital business application to streamline and manage demand tracking within an organisation. The tool aims to automate progress updates for logged demands, centralize documentation, and standardise review and approval workflows; enhancing transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
